Peach, Ham, & Vidalia Onion Deviled Eggs

Ingrediente

• 12 large eggs
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 cup ham, finely chopped (divided)
• 3 tablespoons Monin Peach Fruit Purée
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Vidalia onion, minced
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
• Yield: Approximately 24 deviled eggs
