- 1 oz. Monin Peach Fruit Purée
- 2 dash(es) Angostura Bitters bitters
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz. club soda
- Yield: 16 oz. Tall/Pint
- Garnish: Mint Sprig, Peach
Indicatii
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
