  • 3/4 oz. Monin Pure Cane Syrup
  • 6 ml Monin Grapefruit Concentrated Flavor
  • 1/2 oz. Campari Aperitif aperitif
  • 1 1/4 oz. gin
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • Yield: 8 oz. Cocktail/Martini
  • Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, Ruby Red Grapefruit

Indicatii

  • Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  • Cap and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into chilled serving glass.
  • Garnish.
