Coconut Froth Martini
Ingrediente
- ice
- 1/2 oz. Monin Coconut Fruit Purée
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/4 oz. vanilla rum
- 1/2 oz. banana liqueur
- 1/2 oz. dark rum
- Yield: 8 oz. Cocktail/Martini
- Garnish: Toasted Coconut
Indicatii
- Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except dark rum.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
- Gently pour/float dark rum on top.
- Garnish.
